AC Milan goalkeeper Pepe Reina insists the players are behind coach Rino Gattuso after defeat to Europa League opponents Real Betis.
Milan lost 2-1 at home.
“Betis pass the ball very well and at times it makes you irritated as an opponent, but we have to read the situations better and have the humility to hang in there," the goalkeeper told Sky Sport Italia.
“I compliment Betis, because they are a good team, but we have to watch this game over again and learn from our mistakes. This is our profession, at times there are errors, but the important thing is to get back on our feet and learn from them.
“We have no intention of seeking out people to blame. We must be cool-headed, try to learn from our mistakes and move forward."
Asked if Gattuso was losing the dressing room, Reina replied: “Absolutely not, we have more faith than ever in the coach. This team can do well, it's not all darkness. We must be calm and evaluate things with a cool head."
