AC Milan fullback Theo Hernandez has paid tribute to former club Real Madrid.

Having left Atletico Madrid three years ago for Real, Theo says his career has since been on the upsurge.

He posted to social media: "Three years since my presentation with Real Madrid.

"An important stage in my career that helped me become the player I am today at Milan.

"Signing for Real Madrid changed my career. It has allowed me to compete at the top, evolve and be here today."
