Man Utd, PSG alerted as AC Milan considers Jan sale for Kessie

AC Milan are considering a January sale for contract rebel Franck Kessie.

The Ivory Coast midfielder's current deal expires in June and talks over new terms have stalled. His management team are seeking €8m-a-year for their client, however Milan are only willing to go as high as €6m-a-year.

Tuttosport via TMW says rather than allow Kessie run down his deal, Milan management are considering selling him during the winter market.

With the likes of PSG, Manchester United and Inter Milan all keen, Milan can expect an auction.

However, Kessie would have to be convinced to leave midseason. So far this term, the midfielder has made eight appearances for Milan, scoring once.

Kessie is in his fourth year with Milan, having joined initially on-loan from Atalanta, before eventually signing permanently two years ago for €24m. The 24 year-old also boasts 48 caps with Ivory Coast.
