Vincenzo Montella is being linked to a return at AC Milan.

Montella's successor Rino Gattuso has failed to turn results around since his appointment three weeks ago.

La Stampa says Gattuso's job is in jeopardy, and a collapse against Inter in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday could well see him sacked.

Montella is still under contract, so the newspaper believes that his return would be the most logical solution.

Bringing back a fired Coach is not actually that unusual in Italy, as their contracts are rarely terminated after the dismissal.
