AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic gave Keisuke Honda a full 90 in victory over Frosinone.
Honda has been linked with a move away in January.
Mihajlovic said: “Keisuke Honda was never on the transfer market, he just has to focus on playing well.
"If he always plays like this, then I'll pick him every time. If he wastes his opportunities, then he has to wait for his turn."
