AC Milan coach Marco Giampaolo has dismissed sack talk.
It's been suggested Giampaolo won't survive if they lose to Genoa this weekend.
But he said, “I'm used to suffering in football, but it's not worth responding to the accusations about me by creating more drama.
“I can only silence the critics through work. That's the only way I know. I'll continue to do things the way I've always done them.
“Good or bad, this is this method that led me to coaching Milan. Right now, every consideration seems to me to be misguided.
“Naturally, people are seeing everything black. There's little balance and lots of people are already passing judgment on us.
“I'd be cautious. This team have plenty of room for improvement. We must win this battle with everyone's mental involvement."
