AC Milan coach Rino Gattuso concedes they're "not a great team" after their 1-1 draw with Empoli.
Milan earned their point thanks to an own goal.
"We created so many chances in both the first and second half, then an error can happen, even if it was very costly," Gattuso told Sky Sport Italia.
“The problem we have is killing games off, because we did very well even without an important player like Gonzalo Higuain, so Fabio Borini had to adapt.
“We hope to have Higuain back on Sunday against Sassuolo. It's not serious, but the doctors will evaluate him tomorrow.
“Once again we are here talking about an unlucky outcome, but we must look forward and work on our finishing. When you systematically make a few too many errors, a little confidence does fall away and we can't deny that. We've got to focus."
