AC Milan chief exec Ivan Gazidis admits a decision over Zlatan Ibrahimovic's contract needs to be settled "quickly".
The Swede's deal expires at the end of the Serie A season and with coach Stefano Pioli penning new terms, there's a better chance of the veteran agreeing to stay next term.
Gazidis said, "I would prefer not to talk about a single player because there are different situations like ours. We will have to decide quickly but certain choices will still need to be done with two.
"There is no Gazidis against one or the other. The choices are made by the working group and not mine.
"All decisions made have a weight in the short and long term. Even if these are difficult decisions. We must create pride in being part of Milan."
