AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says they're ready to drop plans to make Massimiliano Allegri new coach. With Cagliari president Massimo Cellino refusing to release Allegri from his contract, despite sacking him last season, Galliani admits Milan are running out of patience over the situation.
"The end may be come on June 30. I've called the president of Cagliari when he was in the US, but he did not answer," snapped Galliani.
"Believe what I say, Milan will not pay a single euro. If Allegri is released then he'll become our coach, otherwise it will be someone else ..."
