AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has hinted at a move for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
Galliani admits Balotelli falls into the parameters of the type of player they're now focused on in the transfer market.
He said: "We focus on young players and financial fair play. We have coined the slogan 'we do not buy top players but create them', making a virtue of necessity.
"We must create them and we are succeeding, we are scouring the world market for players under 22 or 23. Until June we cannot buy outside the EU.
"Balotelli is a young Italian of 22 years, I think that he will make a strong international partnership with Stephen El Shaarawy for a long time."
