AC Milan chief exec Ivan Gazidis is set for a massive windfall from the sale of the club.
For his role in negotiations between Elliott and incoming owners RedBird Capital, Gazidis is due a huge bonus.
Il Sole 24 Ore says a clause in his contract will see Gazidis collect between 5 and 7.5% of the capital gain obtained by Elliott with the sale of the club.
It's a deal which could actually bring about €20m into the manager's pockets.
Gazidis moved to Milan four years ago from Arsenal.
