Flamengo defender Juan Maldonado is being tracked by AC Milan.
Milan chief Ariedo Braida will fly to Brazil on Friday to make a check on Maldonado in action against Fluminense.
The Rossoneri are willing to splash out in January and know the defender carries a European passport. Flamengo are demanding £6 million for 27 year-old Maldonado.
