AC Milan captain Alessio Romanogli hailed the performance of Krzysztof Piatek after their Coppa Italia victory over Napoli.

Piatek struck twice for the 2-0 win.

Romagnoli said, “We were in the game for the full 90 minutes. We started so well with Krzysztof and I compliment him for an extraordinary performance, then we just stayed in control.

“Now we wait and will see who we face."

The defender says they're now ready to meet Roma this weekend.

“Roma represent a head-to-head for the Champions League and we need to beat teams like this to secure fourth place."
