AC Milan are prepared to pay a fee for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
Despite his veteran status, Sky Italia says Milan have informed Giroud they're willing to cough up a nominal fee to Chelsea to bring him to Italy.
Giroud has been assured the Rossonero will sign him so long as Chelsea are reasonable with his asking price.
The veteran centre-forward saw a 12 month option in his contract triggered unilaterly by Chelsea in May, though he is keen to leave London this summer.
The Rossonero want to settle terms with Chelsea as soon as possible.
