AC Milan and Inter have announced plans for a new stadium.

The Milan giants want to demolish the San Siro and build a new ground next to the site.

"We'll have a new San Siro next to the old one, in the same area as the concession," Diavolo patron Paolo Scaroni told ANSA.

“The old one will be knocked down and, in its place, there will be new constructions going up."

Nerazzurri CEO Alessandro Antonello added when asked if his club would build the new stadium with their city rivals: “Yes, absolutely."
