DiarioSport says Chelsea officials are convinced that Roman Abramovich wants to bring both Ronaldinho and Rijkaard to the London giants next season.

Abramovich sees Rijkaard as key to keeping together his star-studded squad, convinced the Dutchman's presence would persuade the likes of Didier Drogba to shelve plans of leaving in the summer.

For his part, Rijkaard is keen on the prospect, where he would influence the decision of Ronaldinho to follow him to the Blues and also be reunited with his former No2 Henk ten Cate. Current manager Avram Grant would return to his technical role upstairs.
