Aberdeen signs ex-Plymouth, Swansea striker Fallon

Aberdeen have completed the signing of New Zealand international Rory Fallon on a free transfer.

The 29-year old has been training with the Dons for a few weeks but had yet to make a decision on his future even though it was clear manager Craig Brown was keen on him.

Now he has signed a two-year deal and is likely to go straight into the squad for this weekend's meeting with Kimarnock.

Fallon kicked off his career with Barnsley in 1999 and has since spent time with Shrewsbury Town, Swindon Town, Yeovil Town, Swansea City, Plymouth Argyle and Ipswich Town.
