Aberdeen are eager to sign permanently Manchester United striker James Wilson.
The on-loan forward has spent this season at Pittodrie and is set to become a free agent.
The Daily Express says Derek McInnes wants to land the striker, who scored three league goals this campaign, at the end of his contract.
United have already confirmed that Wilson's contract won't be extended when it expires next month.
Wilson, 23, would need to take a massive wage drop to make his move up north on a permanent basis.
