Aaron Mooy was delighted to be on the scoresheet for Brighton's 2-0 defeat of Bournemouth.
It marked the Australia midfielder's first goal for the club.
Mooy said, “It was a great feeling to get off the mark for the club, we dominated large parts of the game but we needed the second goal to kill the game off.
“We knew we were close to them in the table before the game and that added a bit of significance to it, but we know every game in this league is tough.
“We just have to try and get better in the way we're playing in every game because if we do we know the points will come."
