Zidane keeping Ribery informed of Real Madrid bid

Real Madrid chief Zinedine Zidane has held more talks with Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery.

AS says Ribery phoned Zizou on Tuesday to congratulate him for his 37th birthday and they discussed the latest developments regarding the player's move to Madrid.

Real president Florentino Perez has put aside £50 million to make Ribery the third of his planned 'trio of galacticos', along with Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo.

All indications are that Ribery will join Real in July. On the first of next month, Bayern chief Uli Hoeness is scheduled to meet with Ribery over his contract and it is expected to be settled that the Frenchman will be allowed to move to Real.

Ribery will certainly a great signing for the galacticos. The money is not a problem. Atleast they have a stable management now.

real set aside 50mil for ribery, but unfortunately this is also what's hampering villa from coming to madrid.
