Zanetti knows Inter Milan hit hard by injury

Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti admits they've been hit hard by injuries.

Zanetti is now ready for his comeback, but Diego Milito and Esteban Cambiasso are ruled out of the Cagliari game after their injuries on international duty.

He said: "They are moments that can happen over the course of a season. Unfortunately they have all arrived together, but we hope that they can recover as soon as possible because we need everyone.”
