Wigan boss Martinez slams strict local loan rules

Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez says the Premier League's loan rules are hurting local youngsters.
Martinez is frustrated by the new restrictions.
He said: “The restrictions from the Premier League do not help young players in this country.
“You can bring in as many foreign loans as you want but only two from here. It is unfair on the clubs and the talent coming through.”
