Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez admits he's a big fan of Tottenham counterpart Harry Redknapp.

The Latics face Spurs tomorrow at White Hart Lane.

Martinez said: "The way that he manages players is great because they are probably not the easiest players to manage.

"He's got that special way to get the best out of players.

"He has been very successful at many different football clubs. We've got great admiration but we will wish him all the best after the game."
