West Ham, Blackburn tracking Roma's Perrotta

West Ham United are keeping tabs on Simone Perrotta's situation at Roma.

The Italy midfielder is waiting to open new contract talks and his agent, Beppe Bozzo, admitted: “Simone’s desire, as we have said for some period, is to remain at Roma.

“However, we can’t rule out a transfer at this stage.

“We will evaluate any eventual options that we are given with Roma, but it will depend on what clubs make an approach.”

Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is also keen.
