West Bromwich Albion's players could earn over £250,000 from bonuses next season.

The Sun says the Baggies are putting together a £5,000-a-point bonus reward for next season - the club's biggest-ever incentive package.

If the players keep the club in the Premier League, they will earn a six-figure pay-day.

The final details have still to be thrashed out with a group of the club's senior stars but agreement is close.

If boss Roberto Di Matteo can get the team to reach safety with 40 points, each player could collect £200,000 at a total cost to the Baggies of £5million. A top 10 finish could net around £250,000 a man.
