West Brom management delighted with Odemwingie attitude
West Bromwich Albion No2 Eddie Newton says Peter Odemwingie's attitude has been a fresh of air.
Odemwingie has made a huge impact at the Hawthorns since his arrival from Lokomotiv Moscow.
Newton told the WBA website: "He's an intelligent man and puts a lot of people to shame by speaking five languages.
"Not only that, but he also has a humility and positive manner about him. You can see that on the training field and in games. He's willing to learn as well.
"He's been in different leagues and has over 50 caps for Nigeria. He could be closed to ideas and say 'I know what I'm doing'.
"But he is willing to learn.
"We have a different structure to maybe what he had at his previous clubs, so he has to take different things on board. He brings positivity to the dressing room. He's a very positive man.
"He mixes with everyone really well. And as a player he's got loads of pace which threatens the defence.
"He shoots on sight and is very clever in his movement. He does give us a different dimension when he plays."
