West Brom boss Tony Mowbray admits he's been frustrated with Abdoulaye Meite's situation this season.
The former Bolton player has been dogged by various injury setbacks during his first season at the Hawthorns.
Mowbray said: "I think Meite has a minor hamstring strain. That is a wait-and-see scenario for us as well. Unfortunately for Abou, it's either been his calf or his hamstring.
"We'll see whether it's a two-week thing or eight weeks.
"Abou's not happy that he's not been fit all season. It's not ideal for me or the team. It's been a frustrating year for us all with Abou."
