They are waiting for more news on Cheikh Tiote, although that deal is looking less likely due to the price being sought by Dutch club FC Twente.

The Baggies also have an interest in Celtic striker Marc-Antoine Fortuné but, contrary to reports in Scotland, Albion have not yet made an offer.
