Team USA showed plenty of spirit and character throughout the 2010 World Cup.

Bob Bradley’s men found themselves behind three times in their four games but managed to claw their way back into the contest when a lesser team would have capitulated.

America is a seemingly fledgling football nation – they still call it soccer – but their performance in South Africa indicates that they genuinely believe they can be much more.

Landon Donovan is a bonafide star of the game, Clint Dempsey is relentless and tireless and they have the right mix of youth and experience to continue to improve on the world stage.
