Vitoria Guimaraes midfielder Nuno Assis has attracted an offer from Portsmouth.

The Sun says Portsmouth have made a £2 million bid for Nuno Assis and the 31-year-old said he is keen on a move to Fratton Park.

The midfielder is ready to join Pompey if "the money and sport aspects can be united".
