Villa midfielder Reo-Coker back in training for Cup semi

Aston Villa midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker is chasing an FA Cup semifinal appearance.

The Mirror says Reo-Coker, 25, was ruled out for 12 weeks when he suffered a stress fracture of his ankle in January.

Boss O’Neill described the injury, sustained in training, as “a major blow”.

But the tough-tackling ace got the all-clear from a specialist on Monday to return to training.

And the midfield star, signed from West Ham in May 2007 for £7.5million, aims to be pushing for a return to first team action next week.
