Villa discipline Baker over Cup final tickets

Aston Villa youngster Nathan Baker has been rapped over the knuckles by club officials.

The Daily Mail says Villa have disciplined their teenage defender Baker for trying to sell Carling Cup final tickets for £1,000 on Facebook.

Baker, 18, had put his five-ticket allocation up for auction on the social networking site against club rules.

Currently on loan at Lincoln City, Baker, an England Under 19 international, has been branded ‘foolish’ by Villa and has been told he cannot attend the final against Manchester United at Wembley on February 28.
