Villa deny link with Wigan defender Bramble

Aston Villa have dismissed speculation that they are set to make a £3.5m move for Wigan central defender Titus Bramble.

Villa were reported to be including promising midfielder Barry Bannan in the deal.

But Villa sources insist Bramble is not on manager Martin O'Neill's radar.
