Valencia president Llorente: No Barcelona offer for Villa

Valencia president Manuel Llorente insists no offer has arrived for striker David Villa.

"Not at all. There is nothing new, we have not received offers for Villa, so I have nothing to say," said Llorente, "this is all getting very annoying."

Asked about Barcelona president Joan Laporta's claims of a new offer, Llorente snapped: "Then ask Laporta. If he has made a bid, he will know. I repeat that we have not received anything."
