UEFA president Michel Platini sees Chelsea as a test-case after FIFA handed down their transfer ban yesterday.
The Blues were found guilty of inducing Gael Kakuta to breach his contract with Lens in an historic ruling by FIFA.
And Platini said of the Chelsea ban: "This could be a start for putting in place regulations covering the movement of young players."
