UEFA to investigate racist chants at Liverpool's Europa clash

UEFA have confirmed they are aware of claims racist chants were directed at Liverpool's players during Thursday night's Europa League victory against FK Rabotnicki in Macedonia.

The governing body are waiting to assess reports from both the UEFA delegate and the referee before taking any action against FK Rabotnicki.

Pictures emerged after the game that showed Rabotnicki fans appearing to direct so-called '***** taunts' at Liverpool players.

Liverpool started the game with two black players in David Ngog and David Amoo.

A spokesman for UEFA told Press Association Sport: "We are aware of the matter but we are waiting for the reports from the delegate and the referee."

Once UEFA have assessed the reports, a disciplinary case could be opened against FK Rabotnicki.

why is kyriakos being abused?

Its because he's full of crap. Most Italian teams' fans are still racist, but good luck having Platini ban them. I say ban them all. Fair play must be fair, especially when it comes to international football, be it a country vs country game or club vs a foreign club. Racism AND cheating should be expelled. Let the Henry's and Suarez's compete at club level but enforce bans from international football. Send a message. Same goes for racism. Rabotnicki showed very little respect to the players and to the game. When gratitude is due, they're letting their country down. Ban them and you'll find it hard to see a Macedonian club being racist on that stage again. Problem solved.

we abus kyriakos because there is a reason, that is hapening in evry epl match and is not stupid you moron
