Tottenham set to release Crouch and move for Nice’s Remy

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is reportedly ready to offload striker Peter Crouch and replace him with Nice’s Loic Remy.

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is reportedly ready to offload striker Peter Crouch and replace him with Nice’s Loic Remy.

Redknapp is believed to be prepared to listen to offers for Crouch but wants around £12million whilst Remy hopes a club like Spurs comes in for him as he would prefer that type of move instead of heading to a club like Stoke City, who are heavily interested in him.

“A move to Spurs would be interesting,” Remy said. “Stoke is not the move that I want. Nice are in real need of money and adapt the price to help sell me.”
