Tottenham are willing to sell Jermaine Jenas this summer for a knockdown £5 million.
The Sunday Express says Birmingham City and Sunderland will lead the chase if Spurs show their England outcast the door at the end of the season.
The former Newcastle star has struggled to hold down a permanent place this season and Spurs are believed to be prepared to listen to offers of around £5m for the 27-year-old, who still has three years left on his contract.
