Tottenham face a battle trying to prise Sandro away from Internacional de Porto Alegre.

Spurs sent a delegation to Brazil in the final weeks of the summer market to sign Sandro, but even with a bid of £17 million, it was thrown out by Inter's board.

This week, Sandro has signed a new deal to 2014 and had a £30 million buyout clause inserted into the agreement.
