Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy says the appointment of Harry Redknapp is his best decision in football.
Redknapp celebrated 12 months in charge yesterday and will lead his team into their Carling Cup fourth-round tie with Everton tonight with a ringing endorsement from Levy.
The chairman told the London Evening Standard: "My only regret is that he wasn't manager here a number of years ago. Based on how we've progressed since he's been here, it's the board's best football decision during my time as chairman.
"I always had high hopes that Harry would do a great job here."

Levy has not made many cirrect decisions(eg:Ramos).Indeed it might be argued that a stopped clock is right twice a day.
