Tottenham boss Redknapp unsure how to take Portsmouth Cup tie
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits he doesn't know how to approach a potential FA Cup semifinal against Portsmouth.
Spurs still need to overcome Fulham in a replay to face Redknapp's former club.
Redknapp said: “It's difficult to look forward to it. You can't, really.
“It doesn't seem long ago that we were going to meetings when [former owner] Alexandre Gaydamak was there looking at the new stadium. It was going to be along the lines of the one in Munich.
“There was meeting after meeting to discuss the new training ground, which was going to be one of the best in Europe.
“People were asking our opinions on how big the dressing room should be, and where the swimming pool should be, and it was all pie in the sky, really. When you look at it now, it's just incredible.”

I feel very sorry for Portsmouth & their supporters due to their financial position, however this is the FA Cup Final we are talking about providing we get past Fulham.
There is no time for sentiment or any of that rubbish,we simply have to go out & play with all guns blazing & try to blow Portsmouth away.Simple as that.
Get to the final & then try to win the Cup to go with 4th place.
COYS.
Spurs have to beat Pompy, that is if we beat Fulham.I am tired of managers who have this attachement to their old clubs. We had the same with Jol when we lost points 6 points every season to West Brom because he played for them. There is no loyalty in football these days.Harry should just deliver and I believe that he can too.
Although it's sad for Portsmouth, Harry needs to show the same ruthlessness as Jamie O'Hara in that it's the shirt you wear at the moment (and paying your wages) that matters.
Harry looks after Harry - we saw this at WHU, Southampton & Portsmouth(twice). Lets not be nieve and think that come a better offer he won't be off again.
I think the guys a great manager - but as shallow as s~~t!. Half of what's said in the press is said to buy favours.
