Tottenham boss Redknapp: No chance bringing back Arsenal defender Campell

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has ruled out trying to bring Arsenal defender Sol Campbell back to White Hart Lane.

Campbell, who is coming off contract, has confirmed he's in talks with the Hoops.

And Redknapp told the Scottish Sun: "As much as I like him there's no chance I could even attempt to bring Sol back here.

"I don't think the fans would be too happy!

"But he would be different class in Scotland. Sol could still play in most leagues.

"I don't know what it would take for Celtic to get Sol to go north.

"But good luck to Celtic for their ambition. He would be a great signing."
