Tottenham will bid for Watford goalkeeper Scott Loach.

The Sun says Spurs boss Harry Redknapp will table a £1.5million bid for Loach in January.

The cash-strapped Hornets want around £3m for the England Under-21 star.

But Spurs boss Redknapp is ready to nick Loach on the cheap. A source said: "Watford will have to take the best offer they can get and Spurs are making the running."
