Tottenham’s Jenas taking Italian lessons ahead of Inter Milan move

Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas is preparing for a move to Serie A by taking Italian lessons.

The Sunday Mirror says Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has previously stated his admiration for the all action midfielder and would be keen to push through an £8million deal when the transfer window opens.

Jenas, 27, has fallen down the pecking order at Spurs and has grown frustrated with a lack of first-team football this season.

He is currently sidelined with a groin injury, but aims to be back in two weeks.

A series of talks between Spurs, Inter and the player’s representatives have already begun and the England star is adamant he is not prepared to continue sitting on the bench.

I think most of the subscribers never go to Spurs games Jenas gave the worst performance I have ever seen in a Spurs shirt at Wolves few weeks ago, and 'arry subbed him at half time. Corluka has been terrible too slow, brainless in his play prime example at Birmingham stood hands on hips watching ridgewell score last minute equaliser Saturday at Fulham nearly scored an O.G. in last minute kicking the ball with his wrong foot ( don't know what his right foot is anyway!!) could give lots of examples but these will do. Would sooner have either Hutton or Kyle Walker at R.B. Both of these players?? are a big liability to the club, the sooner they go the better.

He has his moments and lets be honest.... how many better midfielders are there out there that will come to Spurs?.

I would put him on the skill level of David Bentley & Peter Crouch.
Lets make sure we have spmeone BETTER to replace him (in an area where we are very short in numbers), before we sell him.

How about a mid-field hard man for when Wilson is off form?.

jenas, lol! you guys cant be kidding me, he sucks! if they are that stupid to pay 8 million for him, sell ASAP! with spurs midfield, jenas does not even deserve to be on the team! he has not played constitently!
