Torres insists he is committed to Liverpool contract: Deffo

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres insists he will remain committed to his Reds contract.
Torres has been linked with a summer move to Manchester City, which had a £70 million offer for him turned down by manager Rafa Benitez earlier this year.
Speaking with the Telegraph, Torres admits he loves life on Merseyside.
"Scouse people are very respectful," he says. "If they see me walking my dogs in the park, they say, 'A’right Nando, lad.' And that is all. I like that."
Does this suggest he is here to stay?
"Who knows," he smiles. "But for the next four years, yeah. Deffo."

Is it me or does benitez dislike attacking creative talent. If he played babel he would be one of the best by now! I agree that fitness workrate and desire are the most important things for a team but without quality you can't win things.
If we do not qualify for the champions league its time for benitez to go. Even if he pulls this miracle off i have lost faith in all his decisions. Alot of people say "in rafa we trust". This is because many people think his decisions are wierd but they are willing to sit by.
Theres no excuses he has had and could have bought the players to have a very strong squad.
D.murphy, is creative, scores vital goals and was very motivated to play for liverpool. Riise, has a unbelievable shot, and is a good all round player. We could have got owen back then ngog wouldnt be the lone daft headless striker tonight. We had no choice with the sale of alonso thats fine but with a different manager would he have stayed??. R.keane was a big waste of time, hes a good player but only the best are worth 20m at the age of 29, bad decision to waste valuable transfer time on him.
Crouch, i still say would have won us the league last year, he was the key to break down the stokes of last year. Warnock is for me better than insua, hes english, has passion when needed in vital games. Sissoko, i never understood why he was sold????? In my opinion better than lucas. When i compare them both for the job they do sissoko wins. Hes taller, better at sliding tackles, harrases the opposition more than anyone i have seen. No one could score with him on the pitch.
team tonight will be negative, remembering that we need to hammer debresen for the goals!

just a shame about the striker........
I try to get behind him but hes such a stuborn twat blinded by his arogants. Kuyt is not a winger, i admire his workrate but on the wing he looks talentless. Lucas is just lucas and is no first team player!
i can see fiorentina drawing tonight and can also see liverpool drawing aswell.
Lol I think this is a bit of loose journalism as I don't see torres using the term "deffo"
Many apparently. Sickens you to know that yeah? Hahaha.
