Torres delighted for Babel after Liverpool double

Fernando Torres was delighted for Liverpool pal Ryan Babel after his double in their thrashing of Hull City.

"Ryan came on in my position and scored two," he said. "I am really happy for him because he deserves to play. Not everyone can play 90 minutes, so it's good for the team and the squad.

"Last season was very long for us. We are still not at our best, but we will be soon and performances like today can only help. I am now scoring goals and so is the team - that is good for Liverpool."
