Toni agent warns Roma they face competition

The agent of Luca Toni has again insisted no agreement with Roma has been struck.

Toni has been handed a free loan transfer by Bayern for the winter market and is tipped to sign with Roma.

But Tullio Tinti says: "There are many opportunities in Europe, Roma is one, taking into account they're a major club.

"But I cannot say that Toni is a player of Roma. Not yet.

"By December 31 the player will choose his new team. The problem is not Bayern, which has offered a free loan for five or six months. The player just needs to assess all his offers."
