There was no system under Preki – Toronto FC’s De Rosario

Toronto FC star Dwayne De Rosario has admitted that things under recently sacked coach Preki were not at their best.

The MLS club ended their relationship with both head coach Preki and director of soccer Mo Johnston earlier this week and the sacking has bought about plenty of comments including these from De Rosario.

“When Preki was here, to be honest, there wasn’t really any system,” the club captain told the Toronto Sun.

“That was the major thing missing in the training and preparation for the game. There was nothing to work with. That’s something that has an effect on a lot of players.”
