Sunderland striker Bent: Man City need to improve infrastructure

Sunderland striker Darren Bent believes Manchester City are still some way from consistently competing with the Big Four.
Bent rates City as a major power, but believes their infrastructure still needs to be improved to compete with the elite.
He explained to the Sunday Sun: “Even though they have got plenty of money now, they haven’t yet got the structure of a Big Four club and that’s understandable because Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have been there for years.
“But the way City play the game is definitely like a Big Four side and they are going to take some stopping.”
