Sunderland move for Stoke attacker Tuncay
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Mon, 08/30/2010 - 12:04
Sunderland boss Steve Bruce hopes to sign Stoke City attacker Tuncay Sanli for £5 million.
Tuncay, 28, has been unable to hold down a regular place at the Britannia Stadium since his £5m switch from Middlesbrough in 2008.
The Turkey international - who started only 13 games last season - is keen on a return to the North East.
Stoke manager Tony Pulis is willing to sell Tuncay to help fund another late move himself in the market.
